What can a homeowner check before calling for service repairs?

Is the thermostat calling for heat or cool, and set to the proper temperature? Does the thermostat need new batteries (some use batteries)? Is the air filter clean? Has the fuse or breaker been checked? Are you on “Time of Use” service with power company– possibly interrupting the air conditioning? If on L.P. gas or oil, is there fuel?

What happens when I call after hours for emergency service?

When you call our phone (715) 723-2211 after business hours, you will hear a recorded message with information and options. For emergency service, you will enter 3 and be transferred directly to the service technician that is on call.

How much does a service call cost?

We charge a diagnostic fee of $120 to send technician to your home and diagnose the problem. We will quote you a price to repair your equipment, which includes both any parts and labor. If service call is after hours, the diagnostic fee is $180. If out of the area – please call for pricing.
